By placing an order and completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Services and memberships. Pure Health BV provides medical, health, and membership services. Products offered on this website are digital service memberships and do not include the shipment of physical goods. Membership benefits are described on the relevant product and Services pages.
Pricing and payment. All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at checkout. Your membership is activated once payment is successfully received, and a confirmation is sent to the email address you provide.
Billing and fulfillment. Membership fees are charged in full as a single payment at checkout, in US Dollars, for a 12-month term. Your membership does not renew automatically; to continue after 12 months, please purchase a new membership. Fulfillment is electronic and immediate — your membership is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, and a confirmation is sent to the email address you provide.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel a membership purchase within 14 days, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at Customer@Purehealthbv.com, through our contact page, or by WhatsApp at +1 (721) 554-3045. Because memberships are digital services, no physical return is required. Our full Return and Refund Policy is available in the website footer and should be reviewed before completing your purchase.
No emergency or guaranteed outcome. Membership does not replace emergency medical care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Information provided through this website and our services is for general health purposes and does not guarantee any specific medical result.
Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration and checkout, and to keep your account details secure. You are responsible for the information submitted under your account.
Transaction records. Please retain a copy of your order confirmation and transaction details for your records. A confirmation of your order is also sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
