For the highly motivated/well-rounded health conscious, IT/Tech-savvy, independent individual, the FREE-package may be ideal for you; however, if you require occasional health & wellness input/advice on an (on-going) preventive level, package types 2 or 3 may just fit your budget and your needs. Package type 4 is meant for more intensive preventive and interventive consultations and more regular/sustained assistance.
